This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.

The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Everything ran on time.

The seats had plenty of leg room and the staff were very nice.

Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean

You delayed my trip three days for no reason other than your lack of preparedness, did not offer any compensation, including food or a bed. I couldn’t trust you so I moved up my return flight and lost another day at the end of my trip to hopefully make sure I make my next flight. I will never fly LATAM again. You have the worse accountability and reliability and clearly do not care that your clients have lives and what it cost to fly to another country.

Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.

It was a good experience, the flight was a little too long & the food was ok

3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it

Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.

Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.

entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.

Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!

PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.

When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.

What an idiot at the boarding gate. Even flying First she was mean and unpleasant.

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Almost we lost our connection from Bogota to Aruba 🥴 Because we get out late from the plane of Medellin

Kiwi is the worst, I couldn’t flight for work, Kiwi kept 100% of my money (they didn’t even return the taxes) I will not buy with kiwi again

Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .

The airline doesn’t provide nothing To their customers. No water , no food , no any drinks, no any kind of entertainment for free or at least paid with money cash currency . They sell some basic goods only credit card . Shame for an old international long distance trip. Never again .

$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.

Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.

To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.

We had a 3 hour delay then no one could find the baggage carousel. So little inconveniences that took up lots of time. I was also separated from the rest of my family because there was a minor who needed supervision.

Spirit cancelled my flight and wouldn’t rebook us for 3 days had to rent a car and drive from Florida to Virginia to get back home.

Missed our departing flight due to poor baggage drop staff. At the airport with 2 & 1/2 hours to spare and waited in bag check in until 15 minutes prior to gates closing before baggage staff asked us to move to the front of the line. We weren’t the only passengers that missed the flight. Poor organizational operations by Spirit staff. Otherwise , the return trip was fine.

Worst airline experience ever. Lost my IPad going thru security. Charged for my dog carriage at the gate not at ticket counter. Gave away my seat 6D. Expressed I wanted my seat back after charging me 99 for dog carriage. Should have thrown it out. Had a 16 yr old Yorkie heading to Boston after being a snowbird. Seats small. Very bad experience. Still don’t have my IPad. Horrible

My wife and I are both handicapped and at boarding they upgraded us to a seat closer to the front rather than all the way towards the back. Much appreciated.

Seats suck, not enough room, overcrowded planes, hectic situation all together.

I do not like the customer service, I had an emergency and needed to cancel a pet reservation right after I had booked it and they would not do anything but issue a credit. I haven't flown in years as I have 7 kids and don't have spare time. I want my $125 back on my card please

Flight was canceled. Knew there was weather, and were notified of 20 min delayed, and then suddenly canceled. Next reschedule was for 2 days. No help other than to refund. Thankfully full refund and appreciate that. I appreciate discounted airline but felt they could've done more for customer inconvenience.
