Flights on time. .Ride was as comfortable as can be expected in steerage. Luggage arrived at destination. Attendants were fairly friendly.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
The WiFi didn't seem as fast as it normally is

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Friendly and helpful crew. Had no issues at all other than the St Thomas airport is woefully small, so allow plenty of time. Flight was pretty smooth and we arrived earlier than planned.
Friendly crew, quick boarding. We even arrived a few minutes earlier than our original flight plan. No onboard screens, but it’s a relatively short flight so it’s not really an issue.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
Plane never left the ground. Mech issues - entire trip was rerouted through united.
They didi not provide wheelchair though we had requested. We had to run around for 40 minutes and arrange it from the airport!
Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk
No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,
reliable, relatively relaxed, helpful and kind staff and clean airplanes. No need for more.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.
Please guy check the food I almost end up to the hospital

We were not offered anything to drink in business class during the boarding process.
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
Flight was delayed taking off over 2 hours. Original plane was taken out of service and replaced. They didn’t tell us they were replacing plane until after original takeoff time had past. No power on new plane to charge devices. When eventually landing at destination no gate was available waited 1 hour for new gate. No Americans finest hour.
My seat was horrible. I think it was broken in several places. Other than that, the crew was great and the plane was clean

rushed onto the plane by inpatient staff just to sit on the taxiway just want to add, the flight out of Philadelphia and into Fort Worth Texas was terrible. canceled twice because of non-existent weather, and delayed.
The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines
Crew was late. Baggage was late. 2hs inside the plane waiting fro de-icing and traffic. A 3:30hs flight ended up being almost 6hs inside the airplane.
The drinks selection could be improved some. I like the fact that I can pick my seat and get upgraded fairly ofter.
Checking in at the counter was very disappointing. The lady had a very bad attitude and smart at me. She had no smile, did not greet me by name, or acknowledge me as a valued customer. Poor reflection of the airline.
Terrible, We had to stay in Bogota for two days due to weather but the airline did not provide for the same day flight. Only two days later
Business class seats did not lie flat. There was only powdered milk for your coffee....in Business Class!! Food was good.
Boarding was somewhat confusing in that the wrong messages were being displayed at the gate. It was somewhat annoying that I got off one flight and straight onto another (from the same gate), but in between they re-checked my hand luggage and made me get rid of my water (which they charge for on the plane). I was sitting in their 'Plus' seating, but the leg room was still too small to be able to sit square. The food options on the flights are pretty cheap quality (but not price). They got me from 'A' to 'B' on-time and for a relatively good price, but the experience itself was below average.
So so, you feel like you have to pay for everything each time
COP 7,000 for a cup of mediocre coffee. I thought I was on Spirit Airlines for a minute. Otherwise the flight was fine. Nothing exceptional to report.
Overpriced checked bag price of $120 and they charge you for carryon if the size is not minimal of $120.
Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.
My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.

Seats were comfortable but dont recline at all. Checkin online was easy but didnt provide a gate until last minute. Flight attendants were very unkind, not friendly and didnt go over safety procedures in case of a crash. No free snacks or beverages, not even water.
The booking was cancelled the next day. Spirit Airlines refunded Kayak cheapflay the full amount, but I was only refunded half. Costumer service is disgusting. Be careful. You can lose your money.
This flight went flawlessly. I don’t like thei no adjustment seats and them charging for water… but they’re a discount airline so I guess it’s to be expected
Spirit airlines was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were hard.. the constant up selling (from lack of food or even water to $15 for wi fi ) was annoying. Not a recommended airlines

Our experience was not a good one. Our flight got cancelled and was not given any accommodations due to the inconvenience. We lost time on our vacation due to this inconvenience
The senior flight attendant was engaging, funny and made everyone feel at ease. She is an asset to your team.
They changed our departure time 6 times before I even reached the airport. Delayed, Ontime, Delayed Back on time, Then Delayed. We finally boarded the plane and then we had to sit on the runway for over an hour only to be told they were taking us back to the gate for an additional 2 hour delay. Lack of communication and a complete waste of time! Never again!
More groups for smother boarding, I didnt have any food. and there was no entertainment
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
