I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.
Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.
If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.
Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.
Flight was on time arrived at the destination 10min early they kept in touch via email

They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.
terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.
The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging
We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.
Confusing. Delay updates were out of whack At one point it said my flight was 25 hours. Three gate changes and two delays only to change back to original departure time. Gate announcer and on board flight attendant (Alejandro) making the announcements was impossible to understand due to accent and speed of speech. After beverage service the rear flight attendants sat back there on their phones. No refills no checking in, one sweep through for trash collection. Very impersonal. Bring back Coke products

Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to

This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying
WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

the seats are the hardest I've ever felt; narrower and less leg space and I am small. I could have bid on a comfier seat but the price would have ended up closer to an economy plus seat on a more reliable airline. Only used this airline because of the timing and non-stop. I was afraid from the get-go I wouldn't get there. Apparently, I was lucky
They lost my luggage on a direct non-stop flight.
Staying with Dallas 4 hour stay ...it's was torture sorry. .. about to say that
Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.
To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.
We had a 3 hour delay then no one could find the baggage carousel. So little inconveniences that took up lots of time. I was also separated from the rest of my family because there was a minor who needed supervision.
Spirit cancelled my flight and wouldn’t rebook us for 3 days had to rent a car and drive from Florida to Virginia to get back home.
At check in they don’t let you be with the person you are traveling with unless you pay $40 per seat . Really bad policy they have

FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.
Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.
I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(
Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.
I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.
