Our hotel room was extremely run down. We stayed in several hotels throughout Japan and the Hyatt was by far the worst yet most expensive. I was in shock at how depressing the room was.
Pros. So many toiletries! Free shuttle to metro. Excellent location. Impeccable service. Big rooms.
Pros. Great buffet and friendly helpful staff
Pros. - Cleanliness - Spacious Space - Amenities - Friendly Staff - Service - Shuttle to Shinjuku Station
Cons. - A bit far from Shinjuku Station by walking - Underground (Metro) does not have full escalator (a bit difficult if carry lots of stuff)
Pros. Staff is extremely helpful with everything . I have requested to make a reservation at many famous restaurants and the concierge staff did a very professional job securing a seat for me . They have planned everything for me better than I have planned by myself .
