Pros. Good, delicious buffet breakfasts everyday. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. Good walking distance to nearest train station
Cons. The pillows weren’t comfortable. They were hard. The rooms were very warm, despite decreasing aircon temperature.
Pros. Good, practical hotel that is not too hard on the wallet. Most of the staff we experienced were always friendly and helpful. LOVED the convenience of the shuttle bus. Without it, the long walk from the train station would have been quite an inconvenience.
Cons. There was not much to dislike here, however we did spend most of the time in the city rather than in the hotel. The only offputting experience was asking one of the front desk if the nearest conbini had luggage delivery services and she said no. We had a feeling her advice was incorrect because when we went to the conbini to check, they said they could transport our luggage for us.
Pros. During my stay, I got sick from my stomach. Once the staff knew about my illness, the staff was attentive and went as far as to check up on me to see how I was doing. That's not only great service, but a gold standard in taking care of the customer. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Tokyo. I will recommend this hotel to others.
Pros. Location
Cons. Beds were hard
