Cons. It’s a wonderful place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is excellent. Breakfast is SUPERB! The only thing is that the beds are a bit too hard and uncomfortable. Maybe because they’re new (?). I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting Tokyo and will return to stay next time I go to Tokyo again.
