The car was released with a temporary plate sticker on the back window + notable front end damage and unbalanced wheels, which were shaking/vibrating above 60 mph, return was smooth.

Dealer cancelled my reservation the day before because they were sold out. I was traveling a great distance and had to juggle to figure out a way to get to my destination. In the end Enterprise came through and they now have my business.

Rented a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica from Dollar at Dulles Airport for about 3 weeks. Pickup and return process were fine, but hours after returning the car I received a damage claim for $650 ($500 repair deposit + $150 fees) based on an automated UVeye scan, for damage I dispute. Since then I have received repeated automated collection text messages pressuring immediate payment to 'avoid incremental collection costs.' I filed a formal dispute with Dollar Customer Care (case 36398481) and an Amex rental car damage insurance claim. A rental company should not use automated scans and pressure texts to collect disputed charges.

They did not have a vechicle. Only talk to two ladies at a Hertz location on the phone. One tried, one did not care. I am done with Dollar and Hertz, unless I am really in a pinch.
