Car was great m, drop off great. There was no car available when I arrived, had to wait, and missed part of funeral service I went to attend. With reservation, that is unacceptable.

Terrible. Waited in line 75 minutes to get the car. They gave me a huge minivan, which was the “manager special.” I filled the gas tank up before I returned it and they charged me $18 for 1 gallon of gas anyway. Never again will I rent from this company.

The vehicle was fine. We felt pressured to purchase insurance despite having it from our country of origin which very significantly drove up the cost. The vehicle maintenance was lower than expected: no windshield washer fluid.

They can't seem to figure out how to run an efficient business, especially the Dollar at the HNL airport and the one in Llikai hotel. Also, why are these agents called customer service? They can't seem to answer one single question a customer has. Every time I asked a question the response I got was "Sorry, we can't help with that. Please call the call center for help." It is an insult to the phrase "Customer Service". To say the experience was a disappoint is an understatement- kinda like that scene in many movies when the director focuses on a tiny blurred spec of dust and then suddenly zooms in unveiling the entire universe. Lastly, I will desperately pray to every known deity in the world that I never, ever, in this short life make the mistake of booking a rental with Dollar and if for some desperate, last ditch effort to save the very essence of humanity forces me to rent with Dollar, then I pray that I get that one living, breathing mysterious and ever illusive individual in the entire enterprise of Dollar rental who can actually help or says, "yes, I don't know but let me help by figuring it out." Let's face it - if we can't find the agent 00infinite who holds the key to all the mysteries that is Dollar rental, then what hope can humanity cling to?

I complete missed the pickup time and their station was closed, but apparently their coordination with Hertz is excellent. I was able to check out from the Hertz station for a Dollar car with no problems. I would give that a 5, but it's not on the list

Prior to picking up car, it was impossible to check-in early and choose the car; website was useless and didn't work. Calling "customer support" was worse, if not down right pathetic. Wasn't interested in helping; was pushing to cancel reservation and move into a new one at a much higher price. Could not guarantee what type of car I'd be getting nor it's class.

4 Car finally used was good except for low pressure in one tire. Had to ride the hotel shuttle twice because passport was needed to rent car. First vehicle offered had bald tires.
