Pros:The car was excellent.
Cons:If they have a well training clerk at the front desk reciving the cars

I could not pick up the car due to silly rules around technology as I lost my card and the machine wouldn’t accept apple pay
The website allowed me to book the car rental for 5 pm. Well the rental place closed at 5pm! I got there after 5 pm and was not able to get the car. I called Avis and they said I needed to get there by 4:59pm to get the car rental. I had to go all the way to the airport which made the rental more expensive than it already was. The lady at the counter was very rude. The no debit card rule for renting a car from an airport location is ridiculous, Not all of america lives off of credit cards!

Pros:Everything on the app went well
Cons:I had no windshield washer fluid in the car, window had tire shine on it so no matter how much I cleaned it during my travel from Seattle to Spokane I literally couldn’t see and the pass was horrible with snow so that didn’t make my trip any easier I don’t usually comment or leave a negative review ever! Like ever but thought I should say something about it. Sorry if I offended anyone but I use cars pretty often
Worst ... 1. We have to wait 40min middle of the parking lot. 2. They LIED that they didn't have my model (RAV4)...and forced to upgrade bigger models.,extra insurance (even we purchased with expedia),,,and all kind of unnecessary items...we went through another 40 min.(my family still standing and waiting on parking lot with all baggage.... So I asked him what ever you have left...and he gave me (RAV4)......WHAT THE.......we saw couple more RAV4 was there... 3. They charged different price than what I had originally from EXPEDIA...about $150 MORE. 4. Car didn't have floor mat...Maintenance lights was on...didn't not clean...nobody went through car with me...just gave me key and parking lot number.... They take the advantage of......other people's vacation ..... WORST ....EXPEDIA NEVER ANSWER ANYTHING...

Cons:The wait at the counter to actually get a car was over 45 minutes. There were far too few agents working.
Things went very well. Will definitely be using Avis again in the future.
Cons:Charged an additional day, despite facility not being open or accepting contactless drop off.
