Pros. Located in good location in uptown Charlotte.
Cons. Room is outdated for a category 5 hotel. The toilet barely worked. They didn’t clean my room while I was out and about. Getting someone to answer the phone for services was 50/50. Not impressed at all.
Pros. The room was recently refreshed and the Westin did a great job.
Cons. The in-room dining menu is extremely limited
Pros. An outstanding property with courteous staff.
Cons. The signs for the conference rooms were inadequate. It took me 20 minutes to locate the room I was supposed to go to because it was on the 3rd floor and no where was this displayed - not in the elevators, not in the halls, not in the lobby.
Pros. Great location to the venues we attended. Staff was nice and accommodating despite the enormous number of people that stayed at the hotel as a result of an international soccer match.
Cons. The fact that they charged my cc with $50 for two nights when we stayed one night only and did not incur any incidentals.
Pros. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice and comfortable bed!
Pros. Everything
Cons. When I got there the room was clean. But the bathroom still had dirty towels in from the previous people staying in my room.
Pros. The staff was very friendly, always offered assistance, great place to take your family and dog, great location in Greenville within walking distance to many restaurants and places to do something fun, we recommend this place highly and planning on returning soon!
Cons. Staff was amazing Rooms very clean and great views at charlotte Dog friendly they offer treats and water in the lobby Close to restaurants
Pros. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was my favorite part. They were very helpful and nice. The place was very clean and loved the checkout time.
Cons. My fiance and I traveled to Charlotte for one night to attend a concert. We pulled in and cones were blocking the entrance to self park which resulted in us using the valet service. Service was great but it was 30 dollars for one time valet. Very pricey especially for something we didn't want to do in the first place. Checking in didn't go as planned either, my reservation wasn't showing up but I had a printed and email confirmation. About 20 minutes later it was sorted out by having to make another reservation. The staff was by far my favorite part. They were helpful and patient even with a ton of people bustling around needing something.
Pros. Valet is super
Cons. I had a modified reservation with a better rate and the manager Darron acted as if I was making it up! Not satisfied with his handling of it.
Pros. I love the fact the asked me if I wanted a high or low room..of course we took the high and the view for the 15 floor was amazing
