This was absolutely the CLEANEST room that I have been in.
Pros. No food..bed was fine but no rug..I didn’t really like all wood floors. Also could hear TV through wall
Cons. Add carpeting ..executive lounge was dingy and food was below, par
Cons. Electric outlet access near the bed was poor. Most people expect to be able to charge their phone on the nightstand. Age of some elements apparent, e.g bottom of bathroom door showing rust. These are minor. Overall very good stay.
Pros. Awesome stay in every way...from the Valet to the room service...would stay again if given the chance Security was also commendable
Cons. N/A
Pros. The location was great, with an awesome view to boot. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons. I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel next to the highway when the occupants in the next room turned up their music and partied into the wee hours of the morning. The walls were thin enough to hear laughter, cursing, and singing... was very disappointed to not have a restful time.
Pros. Si
Pros. The gum
Cons. The room ... The bell hops
Pros. Location, price
Cons. Air conditioning in room couldn't get below 72 degrees
Pros. Was just passing through NC and needed a nice hotel gor decent price and I was amazed at the deal I got on a hotel that in my book should be 7 stars!!!
Cons. Rooms.were spacious and modern, beds and pillows are very comfy, batrhoom very cool!!!
Pros. My husband and I decided to book a room somewhat last minute on a holiday weekend. It was our 6th wedding anniversary & we were looking for something a little different than the past years celebrations. The first night, we were on the 5th floor, in a comfortable room with nice amenities. The next day, we decided to book another night & had no problems doing so very easily. My husband spoke to an employee in the lobby about possibly switching rooms so that we could see the fireworks. While we couldn't get a room on the side of the building where they shot off the city's fireworks, we got a great room on the other side of the building where we could watch all the fireworks on the horizon going off for hours. They gave us a sweet gift bag with snacks & since we were moved to the top floor, we also got access to the executive lounge, where we had access to free breakfast & all the other amenities offered there. It was great & we really appreciate all the help from the staff for making that possible.
Cons. While we had one night of parking comped, the $20 a night parking fee seems a little steep to me. We live in a small town where there aren't even meters for parking, so that's a bit of an adjustment.
