Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The awful part was the customs delays at ZRH. The good part is the flight was delayed long enough to accommodate. The flight itself was fairly comfortable.
It was on time and we arrived safely—that's a good thing. Other than that, my son's seatback storage pocket was ripped and couldn't hold anything, and his footrest was stuck so he couldn't use it. You pay extra money for allegedly more comfort, but the plane was old and the seats were broken. No drinks were offered in the beginning like in other premium economy settings, no hot towels. It was really basic and nothing more than economy other than three times the price. Very disapointed. My food tray was VERY dirty—I couldn't even eat anything after seeing that. I will try to avoid SWISS in my future travels
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
Even though I paid extra for more room, we were very cramped and the seats were hard. Also, when we checked in they did not post the gate we were to arrive at even though we were half an hour away from boarding. The agent did not know either. Actually, the flight from Porto to Zurich did to have the gate posted, and there were very few agents in the boarding areas who could help us. I would never fly Swiss Air again.

All the flight to USA were arranged to E terminal whereas from Dubrovnik arriving on Zurich is on A80, have to walk all the way from A to E, even need transfer bus , for short transfer time like in an hour, we have to work fast, as soon as arrived at E, it is about time to boarding, pretty tight schedule, I hope Zurich airport can make some rearrangement so that transfer people do not have to walk long way. For short transfer time people, such as 50 min, this is even impossible if still like this.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
Good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Flight was slightly delayed due to airport construction, but they still arrived on time.
This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on in my life and I’ve been probably on 75% of them. I said 15 years ago I would never go on United again. I was an idiot. I booked a flight with them from Las Vegas to San Francisco and of course they screwed that up and cost me a day flying all over the world trying to get to Thailand. My luggage was gone for 35 hours all because they couldn’t make their route on time
The flight out of Fresno boarded 1.5 hour past scheduled and made me miss my connecting flight from SFO to SEA.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.

The plane left over an hour late. I missed my connection going to Tokyo. They haven’t sent my bag to Thailand, where I ended up. It took me over 32 hours to get here. Very bad experience so far. I hope they can fix this and get my bag to me, within 24 hours it doesn’t look good at this time.
This flight did not take place because the passenger was in the hospital. We have made so many attempts to rebook this flight and have spoken to so many United Airlines representatives and everyone is giving you a different answer. It has become beyond frustrating to the point where we now have to seek legal help. This is a family of 4 so a lot of money was spent to purchase 4 tickets to go visit their daughter/sister who is a US servicewoman in Okinawa and to be treated with such disdain and disrespect is beyond reprehensible. The main traveler was given sent a letter by United confirming a refund on the tickets and to be able to use them but every attempt to use this has been met with a negative response so much so that the client is over stressed.
United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.
On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!
Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.

I love the direct flights. It saves a lot of hassle and allows immigration and customs in Ireland, making arrival much easier.
The space between seats was reduced even further. Could not even open the tray table fully and got compressed the moment the front guy reclined. For a long haul flight it was extremely uncomfortable.
Unfortunately the flight was delayed for 50 min. Just as we were about to board so that was a drag. The boarding was average. The bag check in process was new to us and efficient. And the flight itself was smooth- basically no turbulence.
Really lovely trip and flight. The flight staff were so accommodating and warm throughout!
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.
the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.

Generally good. Not their fault but the design of the Boeing 747 had seating supports directly in line with my legs. So my legs always had to straddle this support which caused body misallignment. Such poor design from Boeing. There was no USB port for me to charge my phone. The screen touch control was very poor.

The plane was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The land crew were very polite and informative and helpful. They informed me that there is a long way and challenging to go from international terminal to national terminal and in addition to getting my suitcases and going through customs and dropping them again for my second leg of trip which was San Francisco to Los Angeles . I have left knee issue and had a recent fall with aching muscles all over, the land crew suggested wheelchair help for me, God bless her. If I did not have help, I could not make it to my last terminal. Thank you UNITED AIRLINE!

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
This was the best carrier, comfort, service, good food, on time experience on a long haul flight. New, clean, quiet, smooth aircraft!!!
Generally very good. I think their service is better than some other big names I used to travel with. Their food variety is second to none - and you can place order beforehand. Their seating design is a bit awkward for service, I'd say. Flight attendants must be tall enough - long legs and arms - to reach the window seat passenger while crossing over the isle passenger. Also appreciated the variety on entertainment.

The crew has always been great on BA. They are very friendly and accommodating. I like that they have vegetarian options already in the menu. And the free wine is a nice perk.) I noticed (both directions of my trip) minor upgrades/ replacements needed on the plane itself (touch screen didn't work with touch; bathroom light didn't go on). However, this is one of my favorite airlines.
There was a delay for the San Francisco-London flight, but we were all informed via text and email. The staff was very friendly and nice and the food was good. I do recommend that the airline offer something without eggs or something vegan for the vegetarian meal option. A lot of Indians are lacto-vegetarian, while some could be allergic to eggs/dairy.
Audi visual not working for a whole group of seats in first class. How does a plane leave the main hub in such poor condition? How much that we can’t see so immediately is also compromised?

Great flight. One unique individual assisting in business class who should have not been there. Need more generic meals, not British centric.
It was good although our flight to the UK was cancelled and rescheduled for two days later. This was after we were already seated on the plane. We missed the first leg of our trip. BA did put us up at a hotel and paid for our meals but we lost our hotel costs in Glasgow.
I am a 25+ years American Airlines member. British Airways is simply above and beyond in every customer satisfaction category.
The crew were good. The flight was on time. The entertainment choice was ok. But the food was bad, tasted and texture were awful.
