Planes are aged. The wifi is unreliable and on many fights, no-existent. The flight attendants were very good.
I had a wonderful flight, but the only thing that annoyed me was how crowded TSA was. I still believe airports and all planes work together to bunch everyone together to drive up cost.

The flight was delayed about 20 minutes, but this was an evening flight, so it comes as no surprise. This flight came a good 1.5 days ahead of hurricane Helene which was still far out in the gulf. However, the flight never removed the seated buckle light. The staff announced from the beginning that due to the bad weather (I suppose the hurricane a day and a half away) they would have to do an abbreviated service with water and a snack. I am fine with their water and snack offering, but this was one of the smoothest flights I've had in years. If Southwest believes a flight like this requires everyone to remain seated, then all of their flights should remain buckled for the entire flight. I cannot help but wonder if things like this are a sneaky way to cut back on expenses since the airline is currently under a lot of pressure to reduce costs.
The first leg of the trip was great. The second leg from BWI to RIC was late, which was more screenful and tiring that late in the evening.
Chairs are not reclinable. Not ear phones for sale. Seats should be assigned to avoid confrontations. Flight attendants were AMAZING.
Crew always seems to be unprofessional no matter what Southwest flight I fly
Delayed time changed often. Temperature on the plan was hot. Crew did offer us water. Then we had to offload to get on another flight that left after 10p

They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.
terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.
The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging
We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.
Confusing. Delay updates were out of whack At one point it said my flight was 25 hours. Three gate changes and two delays only to change back to original departure time. Gate announcer and on board flight attendant (Alejandro) making the announcements was impossible to understand due to accent and speed of speech. After beverage service the rear flight attendants sat back there on their phones. No refills no checking in, one sweep through for trash collection. Very impersonal. Bring back Coke products

Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to

WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

the seats are the hardest I've ever felt; narrower and less leg space and I am small. I could have bid on a comfier seat but the price would have ended up closer to an economy plus seat on a more reliable airline. Only used this airline because of the timing and non-stop. I was afraid from the get-go I wouldn't get there. Apparently, I was lucky
They lost my luggage on a direct non-stop flight.
Staying with Dallas 4 hour stay ...it's was torture sorry. .. about to say that
Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.
To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.
We had a 3 hour delay then no one could find the baggage carousel. So little inconveniences that took up lots of time. I was also separated from the rest of my family because there was a minor who needed supervision.
Spirit cancelled my flight and wouldn’t rebook us for 3 days had to rent a car and drive from Florida to Virginia to get back home.
At check in they don’t let you be with the person you are traveling with unless you pay $40 per seat . Really bad policy they have

FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.
Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.
I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(
Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.
I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.
