Planes are aged. The wifi is unreliable and on many fights, no-existent. The flight attendants were very good.
I had a wonderful flight, but the only thing that annoyed me was how crowded TSA was. I still believe airports and all planes work together to bunch everyone together to drive up cost.
Easy to book and to get check in and get on and off.
Everything worked well. Crew was as entertaining as is possible on a plane flight. Southwest still has good legroom:

The flight was delayed about 20 minutes, but this was an evening flight, so it comes as no surprise. This flight came a good 1.5 days ahead of hurricane Helene which was still far out in the gulf. However, the flight never removed the seated buckle light. The staff announced from the beginning that due to the bad weather (I suppose the hurricane a day and a half away) they would have to do an abbreviated service with water and a snack. I am fine with their water and snack offering, but this was one of the smoothest flights I've had in years. If Southwest believes a flight like this requires everyone to remain seated, then all of their flights should remain buckled for the entire flight. I cannot help but wonder if things like this are a sneaky way to cut back on expenses since the airline is currently under a lot of pressure to reduce costs.
The first leg of the trip was great. The second leg from BWI to RIC was late, which was more screenful and tiring that late in the evening.
Chairs are not reclinable. Not ear phones for sale. Seats should be assigned to avoid confrontations. Flight attendants were AMAZING.
Crew always seems to be unprofessional no matter what Southwest flight I fly
Delayed time changed often. Temperature on the plan was hot. Crew did offer us water. Then we had to offload to get on another flight that left after 10p
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
a321 seating in business class transcontinental - international not up to snuff, no foot rest, entertainment unexciting
There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!
PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.
What an idiot at the boarding gate. Even flying First she was mean and unpleasant.
Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

Not acceptable having both flights delayed and not real reason for .. plus paid for luggage and getting my bag ripped out .. very disappointed.
the seats are the hardest I've ever felt; narrower and less leg space and I am small. I could have bid on a comfier seat but the price would have ended up closer to an economy plus seat on a more reliable airline. Only used this airline because of the timing and non-stop. I was afraid from the get-go I wouldn't get there. Apparently, I was lucky
They lost my luggage on a direct non-stop flight.
Staying with Dallas 4 hour stay ...it's was torture sorry. .. about to say that
Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.
To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.
We had a 3 hour delay then no one could find the baggage carousel. So little inconveniences that took up lots of time. I was also separated from the rest of my family because there was a minor who needed supervision.
Spirit cancelled my flight and wouldn’t rebook us for 3 days had to rent a car and drive from Florida to Virginia to get back home.
At check in they don’t let you be with the person you are traveling with unless you pay $40 per seat . Really bad policy they have
The trip was unremarkable which is good. Crew was very professional and courteous.
Online check-in was not user-friendly. Too many fees, not cost effective.
FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.
Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.
I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(
Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.
I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.
