Why do I need to spend $$$ to sit together as a family? It’s beyond frustrating, we were all sitting apart.
Easy boarding and great communication, smooth flight- all was great!
This was the first time that I traveled on Breeze Airways and I was very surprised at how well everything went. The flights attendants were very friendly and always had a smile in their face. I will not hesitate to travel on them again.
Overall positive. If I am headed to the one destination they fly to from my home airport, I will fly again without question. I think because the airport provided the check in and boarding I didn’t fully know what to expect. The A220 is a comfortable ride with big windows and feels open. I’m glad I didn’t bid to upgrade to the first class product. It is just a better seat with little extra amenity. But was very happy with the extra leg room seats and bundle we booked.
Flights were consistently delayed and we were given no reason for the delays. We could not check our bags until two hours before the flight boarded in Myrtle Beach, even though we were there and there was someone manning the check-in at the terminal. It is also asinine to charge $70 to check your luggage at the terminal, but charge $35 if you choose to check your luggage via the Breeze app. The seats were comfortable enough and the flights were quick once we actually got on the plane and off the tarmac. But again, we were constantly delayed.

Check in was a breeze. Crew was amazing! The two seater had more leg room than the three seater. No snacks available, only for purchase. No internet available, only for higher paying ticket. booking through a third party was misleading - purchased with carry-on, but it did not really come with carry-on.
Even though the flight was delayed my overall experience was great!
The app, website, and boarding passes never updated with gate information. This makes it very difficult at a large airport to guess which terminal to go to to check the screen for your flight. We had a delay and that also was never updated on website, app, or boarding pass. So when those picking people up from flight checked flight status they were told we would be on time which was not the case. With technology available neither of those situations are appropriate and were completely avoidable minus lack of willingness from Breeze to provide accurate and up to date information.
The only thing that would make the experience better is a little more leg room and the overhead bins are very low. I hit my head when I was settling into the middle seat and was nervous about poking my eye on the corner of a lowered bin when I was deplaning.
The plane was clean. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and the pilots kept everyone informed of our status, etc. It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and it was great. I'll be choosing them again in the future.
On time boarding, plenty of overhead baggage space even for Group F, on time departure / arrival.
Like - Staff was GREAT. Friendly, efficient, kind. Dislike - nothing at all I'll be flying Alaska again in a couple of weeks - long distance.

Good but a boarding pass for my return flight was not sent to me.
Not sure why the counter agent's couldn't have helped us with our flight change and only gave us a number to reservations. I thought their job was customer service, not "call this number"
It would have been best to have a direct flight from Reno to Seattle.
I really wish there were TV monitors. I don’t have a mastery of computers, so I was left with a six hour flight, and no entertainment.
The airline was great. What was annoying as hell were the inaccurate emails from KAYAK telling me the boarding gate changed and the date of my flight was 1 day later then the actual flight 😡

There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.
Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
A/C wasn't working. Made the 1.25 hour flight seem like 4 hours! Even at altitude it didn't cool down.
flights were on time, boarding was easy. maybe better snack selection, like mini kind bars?.
Terrible. Still have not received the refund from them. They sent it to some account that I don't even know. Spoke with costumer service and they are unable to help.
I didn’t like it at all. I miss my second flight because of the delay on Allegiant Air now I m stuck in MCO.
Good, but a bit late on take off after loading. Don't like charging for carry ons!
First time flying with them and will definitely fly again in the future. Crew was so nice and friendly, fought was seamless. They are simple planes, no entertainment, but it’s fine for a short flight or if you have personal devices Rates are competitive, and they did so well with keeping the flight on time after a tropical storm, where other airlines had delays and cancellations.
They boarded passengers that sat in the back of the plane first, making boarding very efficient.
I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.
The worst flying experience ever 3 delays. No accommodations. Had to deboard the plane after being delayed.
Posted a 20minute delay but didn’t delay at all. Caused boarding issues and confusion. Also, didn’t release baggage. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to get luggage.
Flight was good, boarding was a breeze, flight attendants were friendly and professional. There was a medical issue with another passenger and the crew handled it in a calm and professional way.
The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.
The departing flight from Newark to Charlotte was fine. It was the returning flight from Charlotte to Newark that was awful. We had scheduled an 8:35pm return flight time. We got delayed TEN times all the way to 5am in the morning! We were told over 4 different excuses as to why the flight kept getting delayed. First it was the flight crew needed to rest, then it was something technical with the plane, then it was something with air traffic control, and finally it was because they couldn’t find a captain and had to wait until the morning so the captain could get some rest. It was terrible sleeping overnight in the airport. They offered a $12 meal voucher. That was it! And the only place open in the middle of the night was Dunkin’ Donuts who didn’t even accept the voucher. They should have cancelled the flight much earlier on in the evening instead of just stringing us along hour by hour with more delays. Not professional and unacceptable. There was no refund for inconvenience. I probably will not be flying American Airlines again.
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
It was nice being on a flight that had working wifi. The boarding was quick - why don’t all airlines have small boarding groups window to aisle? Makes so much sense!!! I was disappointed to be the first person stopped to have to gate check my carryon. Especially when there was plenty of overhead space at the back! But I get it…keeps it moving. Crew was nice.
The flight was as good as it gets when flying. On time departure and arrival plus no lost luggage.
My boarding pass wouldn't pull up in the app very easily and had to really dig through my email. That caused a delay in TSA..

My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt
Flight was cancelled as I was in line for security. Next available flight got me to my destination 24 hrs later than the first. No refunds offered, just credit toward another flight. I booked with delta, got to my destination only 2 hrs behind my original flight schedule. Won’t be using American again.
