There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.

Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.

No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?

Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.

The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.

Missed our connector because our first flight was delayed, it was a miracle that we managed to get a second flight. Luggage was lost. People were rude. Flight was delayed and overbooked. Terrible experience. Worst flight I’ve ever had out of hundreds of domestic and international flights. I’ve been on a more comfortable 20 hour flight from Guam than the two hours it took NC TO FL.

Great flight from Charlotte to Orlando. In flight wifi and entertainment was not working til 25 minutes were left in the flight would be my only complaint.

I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.

One of the reasons I fly American is because the seating is more comfortable than most airlines. Even in the back of the plane.

The flight was delayed which was disappointing. There was no pre takeoff refreshment in first, as we had to wait around an hour in our seats before take off that was disappointing too. The inflight entertainment/wifi did not work, and the crew were slow to offer drinks in flight

On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.

Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.

Flight departed on time and arrived a bit early. Can’t go wrong with that! And makes a travel experience go so well

WiFi wasn’t working on the flight, several delays and gate changes, ended up taking off 3 hrs later
