Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.

There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.

Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.

No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?

Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.

The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.

A/C wasn't working. Made the 1.25 hour flight seem like 4 hours! Even at altitude it didn't cool down.

flights were on time, boarding was easy. maybe better snack selection, like mini kind bars?.

Flight was cancelled as I was in line for security. Next available flight got me to my destination 24 hrs later than the first. No refunds offered, just credit toward another flight. I booked with delta, got to my destination only 2 hrs behind my original flight schedule. Won’t be using American again.

Checked in the minute I was allowed and still wound up in group 8 for boarding.

great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes

Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.

Due to an issue with the plane. We waited almost 2 hours to take off. The service reps were great. We had a longer layover but was able to run for it and catch our flight. This also happened on our way out. Maybe the planes need a good look over. The people who work front desk and flight attendants are the best

The experience was good! I did not try any food, or in house entertainment. I don’t believe there were any tvs. Nothing major that stood out, but low key and good! Thanks!!

The flight from Buffalo to Chicago was on an older and smaller plane. Seating was tight. Looking closely at the interior of the aircraft there were definitely signs of aging and wear.

Just about made it for the next flight. They need to put in longer layovers if they know they close the gate 10 min before they take off. I will never do a layover for less than 90 minutes
