At JFK the Security line was extremely long and few checkpoints open.
Check in person said there would be lunch. We were first class passengers and lunch was chips.
Flight attendant -José? - was over the top friendly and professional. Beautiful new plane with lie flat seats in Business (worth it!)
Horrible food. No wine or any other alcohol is served on the flight. Water is not served often and they refused when I asked for water in two cups. On the other hand, both going and coming back flights were on time.

Biggest issue was that they only had two restrooms in the back of the aircraft. Too many people for only two restrooms. The trash was overflowing and there was paper on the floor too. Long lines in the isle to use it. Food was also a bit meh. They don’t offer snacks with drinks, so you might want to buy a snack to hold you off on a longer trip, since the meals are very small.
Great! The airline is very spacious and the crow was good.
It was first time fling in copa airline. In general I am satisfied except bag size. I got a email from copa with 17-10-6 for carry on bag. In airport the check in show 22-14-10 . However that mistake means $100,00 in over cost.

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.
No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,
We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.
Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.
reliable, relatively relaxed, helpful and kind staff and clean airplanes. No need for more.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

We were not aware carry-on bags cost extra until we arrived at the airport so, we were charged $240.00 for two small carry- on bags! There was a substantial fee for drinks and snacks. No wifi, or other entertainment was available. Waiting areas were crowded and uncomfortable.
The connection time is too short to pass through customs and once you do clear customs the connecting flight is in another terminal that is not close.
They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Kiwi is the worst, I couldn’t flight for work, Kiwi kept 100% of my money (they didn’t even return the taxes) I will not buy with kiwi again
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
Avíanca now has cero entertainment, food and even water for their travels in economy. We spend all 6 or more hours ignored or we are offered products to buy using only credit card .
The airline doesn’t provide nothing To their customers. No water , no food , no any drinks, no any kind of entertainment for free or at least paid with money cash currency . They sell some basic goods only credit card . Shame for an old international long distance trip. Never again .
$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.
