Nothing unexpected considering it is a Ryanair flight. It does the job. Nothing above, at all.
Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.
Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
It is what you pay for. Always delayed. Very small planes. Hard to fly with kids.
very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.
Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.
Payd for long seats for our parents and because they don’t speak English fluent they have moved them. Absolutely scam!
I wasn't able to check in before because I had no internet on a long ride over and I had to pay Euro 50 all together I paid an extra Euro 200 on top of the original flight because I had suitcase and carry on and I wasn't able to check in online before And the end it ends up being more expensive flight than a regular carrier You don't save money and the plane is less comfortable

Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.
Communication was impossible: feedback was missing, no alternative communication options are offered. Check-in without feedback and the status was unclear at the airport until the last minute. A whole weekend under full stress. Never fly again but never use your platform again!!!
