We were on the ground for over 2hrs Flt scheduled to leave at 5:40pm, actual departure was at 9:00pm. Around 8:00pm we were offered an option to deplane,some did while others stayed.

The crew was very attentive, boarding was orderly. I really liked the way Alaska Airlines gives boarding passes and dropping off my bags. Very smooth.

I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
