Pros:Affordable price with a different drop off location.
Cons:The pick up process... 45 minutes in line is never okay.
Cons:The airport shuttle was way too long and very far from the airline gate

Pros:Staff was friendly however, Thrifty Car Rental Service was handled by Dollar, not what we expected...and the Dollar agent didn’t honre the deal we had booked ...they bad mouth the Global Alliance Insurance and charged us &174.00 additional to the $96.00 we were to pay when we would pick-up the Vehicle. We had no option but to pay a total of $289.
Cons:That Dollar who handled the service for Thrifty honor the Rate that we had been confirmed.
Pros:Staff was friendly, easy drop off.
Cons:Little wait upon arrival, more staff could of helped.
Attendants not helpful. Car dirty inside.
Good sales man
Hidden fees for example, a ride from the drop off to the airport was offered, I was charged for it. There was no mention of a fee for the ride. Received an upgrade charge that wasn't discussed either.
Pros:Everything was as expected.
Cons:Doing all paperwork - everything online and not go to the counter at all.
Pros:The car was nice, but not a premium car or anything close to it for the amount of money paid.
Cons:They need to be honest and ethical about their business. They should have explained correctly that the additional charges paid at the counter were in fact ADDITIONAL to the already paid amount to whatever travel company to reserve the car. Ended up paying over $850 for 6 freaking days in the middle of November, in a pandemic!!! This is RIDICULOUS! over $140/day for a standard model car
