Pros. Updated decor, nice tv, liked having a refrigerator in room. Large outdoor deck outside of pool area.
Cons. Had a few ants in my room; told desk staff but they didn't seem to care. Hotel was very full and breakfast was poorly managed. Received a 6:15 am wake up call both mornings - but didn't request any wake up calls.
Pros. Location was close to where we needed to be. had an issue with a room being booked as single and staff resolved the issue and was able to upgrade to double room. Water pressure was good and shower was nice and hot.
Cons. Hot tub is NOT hot. Asked staff about the temperature and was told it is not advertised as a HOT TUB, but was on the website. She said was advertised as a Cool Tub. If this were true, we wouldn't have booked here. Hot Tub was dirty and smelled bad; like a dirty fish tank. Next day the Hot Tub was clean and smelled good so must have needed cleaned. The pool was VERY cold. Hotel sign at entrance Dark; either not lit or not lighted.
Cons. I requested for a non-smoking room but as soon as I entered the room, I immediately smelled the cigarette smoke. The staff did not seem to know how to politely greet the customers and he was not professional enough to handle his job and I got really stressed out. The safety lock in our room was broken which made me feel uncomfortable to stay. In the next morning, even though the check out is 11am, a housekeeper randomly opened our room around 10:30 am without knocking on the door or even saying a word "housekeeper" before entering the room. I feel like they need to train their staff members to how to work professionally so the customers feel satisfied and comfortable to stay. This is the worst experience I'be ever had and I will never stay in this place again.
