The stay was cheap, and they are pet friemdlu which were nice pluses. However, The building is run down, exposed electrical wires on building exterior, wholes in exterior stucco and the area around the building was not cleaned. We selected this place because we stayed here a couple of years ago and kids loved it. Not sure what happened since then, it’s really too bad. Note on pool hours: they display and have you sign a form with these pool hours. However the pool gets shut down 15 minutes earlier. A bit of a disappointment with already limited pool hours… and not customer focused.
Pros. The suite was big
Cons. Staff could have been better. Repeatedly asked them to talk to the neighbors to keep the loud club music down. They did NOTHING! The guy sat on his butt answered the phone and acted like he cared but did not even go to the room and ask the other guests to quiet down. I know this because he didn’t even realize there was a sign on the guests door that said “Kiss the Miss Goodbye”. My family ended up leaving the hotel that night. Plus it was really awesome for my family to watch a drug deal go down in the parking lot. Not family friendly at all. Pool needed to be cleaned because there were bugs floating in it.
Pros. My children love the indoor water park and I love the area for younger and older kids.
Cons. Things are starting to look worn and needs re-painted. Also, there was mold in the shower on the ceiling.
Pros. It was a really nice place to stay very elegant!!!
Cons. That it wasn't enough time or half set aside time for adults to use the pool area!!!
Cons. Teen age help around the swimming pool did not appreciate a dachshund walking with a leach.
Pros. Old, tired and filthy
