Cons:They did not provide car we requested trying to sell smaller seven seater to us.
Pros:I rented a car and when I went to pick up there were no cars available.
Cons:The car that I reserved could have been available.
Pros:Car was what we needed and had great safety features.
Cons:Pick up was slow. You had to wait outside and hope someone in the office would see you. Maybe adding a door bell/buzzer would help speed up the process.
Cons:Everything was super easy, picking up and dropping off.

Cody was super helpful and courteous when I picked up my rental car and dropped it off.
Pros:Assistant Manager was helpful but could have done more to correct the problems and make me feel like my business was appreciated.
Cons:Vehicle was a complete mess upon pick-up. Dirt, dust and dead bugs all over the front of the car. More crumbs and dirt inside the vehicle. Like, so much that it was first thing I noticed when I opened the doors. When I asked the employee if the car had been cleaned the only response I got was, “ I tried.” Enterprise has some pretty strict cleaning guidelines for covid but this particular employee refused to adhere to the mask policy because “it was too hot.” Watched the Manager scold her for it. Apparently she had already been warned...

Pros:Great deal on quality SUV. Overall excellent experience. Drop off was easy, even during covid. Free shuttle was wonderful. I've had several very good experiences with Enterprise and I'll use them again!
