Cons:I got different car than I requested. It was twice the price as it has been told on the internet. Never again!

Cons:The customer service was bad. They just tried to get extra money from customers
Pros:Very poor experience. Did not honor reservation. Majority of customers renting had issues with attendants.
Cons:Dollar rental did not honor the Hotwire rental agreement. We showed them our reservation from Hotwire and estimated additional costs. My wife called 2 days prior to our trip to confirm with both Hotwire and dollar that this would be final price. She let them know she had insurance coverage from her credit card company as well and mentioned liability coverage. Both confirmed that the email received from Hotwire with reservation was the final cost including surcharges and fees. When we arrived, Dollar charged us 3x the cost of what was agreed upon. We did not have phone service to call and speak to customer service for Hotwire. The whole operation felt like a bait and switch. Hotwire and dollar customer service have also been notified of our experience. We will be notifying our credit card company as well.
Cons:They should say up front that they are going to charge $2000 for a deposit most people traveling don’t have that got charged for something that was not my fault

Pros:Nothing was easy, I was over charged, forced to drop off a day late bc hertz/dollar service is terrible. No contact possible with any actual location, the list goes on
Cons:Everything!! Precise billing prior to pick up and drop off. No scam charges, very dissapointed all around with the rental experience
Cons:Cambiaron las condiciones de renta ,el costo del seguro sobrepasaba el alquiler en otras empresas de renta car. Las ofertas de la página no sirvieron para la renta al final tengamos con la empresa directamente. No aparecio nunca la oficina que decía la página de kayak
Pros:The staff was friendly but they always try to sell something that i did not ask for and I do not need, even after you decline the offer the keep pushing things like hotes, packages and the car insurance which is 3x the price of the rental car.
Cons:The drop off was pretty bad. The free shuttle drop us off in the wrong terminal and left such in a hurry that when I try to talk to the driver to take me to the right terminal he had already left and we almost lost our fly.
Pros:Took 2.5 hours to get car, they overcharged for local insurance

Pros:The location is convenient.
Cons:So dollar doesn’t exist in Mexico, was taken to the Hertz rental. They were going to hold $22,000 on my credit card because I declined insurance. The rental amount was supposed to be $88.00. Ended up paying $351.00. Google Hertz Cancún airport and read the reviews.
