Pros:Smooth process and we were happy with the vehicle in the very way
Cons:As with all cars in Maui, or so our understanding, was overpriced. We also had to wait at pick up bc none were available
Pros:There was nothing I liked about dollar rental car in Maui. They were a total ripoff. The car had a flat tire and I was charged a $939 dollar towing fee.
Cons:The best thing that could happen is if they go out of business in Maui so they can not rip off other consumers.
Pros:Pick up was timely, there were a fee cars to choose from. Drop off was easy.
Cons:Underage fee was $28/day for drivers under 25
Cons:There was food trash in the glove box

Pros:The Kia drove very well. Loved the car. It was clean and comfortable
Long lines to get the car only three advisers.
Pros:Staff was very helpful and accommodating during pick up and drop off.
Cons:The cost of the Rental was outrageous! $2500 for 1 week. It cost more than our accommodations did. But I hear that’s the going rate on Maui now. It was a hard pill to swallow!
