Pros:
I was unaware that the rental car place would be closed for the return.Cons:
I believe the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par and that time needs to be taken to shampoo the interior. The seats were stained and the carpet could have been vacuumed. It did not feel at all comfortable. I believe the outside only was washed and that was it.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Friendly staff - no line, immediate service. Everything was explained and thorough. Saved a bunch of money vs. renting at BWI as we didn't have the airport-related fees, and the rate itself was much cheaper. Even with a few Ubers back and forth to make it happened, we probably saved $300 for a 12-day rental.Cons:

The staff member who helped me was great - very professional and helpful.Cons:
The office was dirty and needed a lot of maintenance. The staff member who was helping me was wonderful but the rest of the staff were being loud and goofing off - making it difficult to hear and very distracting.One location in Baltimore
