I was unaware that the rental car place would be closed for the return.Cons:
I believe the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par and that time needs to be taken to shampoo the interior. The seats were stained and the carpet could have been vacuumed. It did not feel at all comfortable. I believe the outside only was washed and that was it.10.0 Wonderful

Friendly staff - no line, immediate service. Everything was explained and thorough. Saved a bunch of money vs. renting at BWI as we didn't have the airport-related fees, and the rate itself was much cheaper.
