Pros:The staff was amazingly gracious and helpful. Especially Sarah. I think that was her name.
Pros:Staff were friendly; easiest pick up and return ever; and the Toyota RAV 4 was spotless.
Cons:Not a thing!
Cons:Read the fine print on the reservation if you don’t have a return flight you can not use a debit card.
Pros:Staff on drop off was great, staff who called me from Florida to give me an update was friendly and helpful.
Cons:I came to pick up the car near the end of day and I think the agent who helped me was ready to go home.
Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff, great selection of cars. Easy in and out.

Pros:I never rent the car, I try to get one more day, after explanation a nd prices they wanted me to charge four times more than the agreement. When I did they first agreement they toke my money from my Credit Card, I cancel this contract and i ask them to return my money, and they return only portion of that so I call my bank for dispute. I never used the service.
Pros:They REFUSED to refund me with COVID and the travel advisory. Wouldn't lt me cancel without charging me the FULL amount. I had to get my credit card company involved and they took care of refunding me.
Cons:What a rip off!!!!!!! And the agents on the phone-----SO RUDE!!!!! Lazy! I don't think it's possible to move that slow----unless you're 98, in the hospital--on a walker-----after a hip replacement!!!!!!! Just plain LAZY!!!!!! I will NEVER USE this company, nor recommend it to anyone. I will continue to give horrible reviews on every site possible. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! UNETICAL!!!!!!!!
