Pickup was incredibly frustrating. The gate agent held me for 5 minutes and wouldn’t let me leave without tipping them and then overcharged me for the rental. It’s also confusing why we have to enter our information multiple times to rent, check in, and check out. There should be a more streamlined, efficient process.

Multiple long lines and wait times to pick-up, disorganized pick-up process, confused staff, car and cars not available upon pick-up.

I bought the car insurance form Alliance and budget told me they wouldn’t accept it so I had to call to get it cancelled. The wait for the vehicle was 45 min.

We were told they could only offer us a pick-up truck or an electric vehicle despite a reservation for a regular SUV. We took the electric option and they told us there was electric charging everywhere since it's California. This turned out to NOT be true and we struggled to find charging. We also left the lot and did not have enough charge to get to our hotel so we had to find charging before even getting to our destination which is absurd considering how much they charge when you don't bring it back to a full charge at drop off. We told them we were uncomfortable using an electric car since we had never driven nor charged one before, but got told it's that, a pick-up truck, or nothing. I would never go back to this location again. The staff member was very friendly though, and I do not fault him at all. I'm sure this is something the company has told them to say.

I don’t know why I am paying over 100 dollars over the price started in my reservation.? Not a honest way to make a living. The Receipt won’t even load. Shady.

It was good. Budget helped me about the drop off and it was easy to solve some issues. However, the cleanness of the car was really poor. We found stuff and belongs to earlier renters under the seats.

A terrible experience. Had to wait 2+ hours for my car and was charged with tons of hidden fees. I was told that I would get an upgrade. I never did. I hated the experience and it wasn’t safe
