Pros:
I have to say I was very concerned after paying for the car months before we left on our trip, I didn't check the reviews (could have been a disaster). I read the reviews and the reviews were horrible. 2 out of 10 had a good experience. I tried to cancel our reservation because I was that concerned I had made a big mistake. I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was already paid for. I read about the filthy, dented cars, break downs and rude employees. We didn't have any of that. We did have a crack in the windshield but everything was recorded by an attendant. Our vehicle was clean and no issues with it's mechanics.Cons:
We did get additional charges at pick up - wasn't sure what that was all about. I thought everything was paid for. So that was a surprise. That is what drove our rating down. If that hadn't happen I would have given excellent2.0 Poor

Pros:
Flt was late. They would not stay open a hour later. They did not answer the phone the next day, it was during the winter storm in San Antonio Texas so as assumed they were closed along with everything else. The Following day after we booked another car as we were walking by they told us it was not canceled so we took that car but at this time we still had to pay for two carsCons:

no one told me where to drop off the car correctly. The signs sucked and I had to call back 3 times, put on hold numerous times. Also it took me 2 days to get a receipt. I and no proof I dropped off the car. I handed they guy the keys and was told they would email a receipt. I called up 3 times and finally was told it was taking awhile since I dropped it off a different place I picked it up that they had to have the place I picked up close the account so I can get the bill. I ended up calling the 800 number again, the drop off place and finally the pick up place to get my bill. Total of 5 phone calls just to get my receipt.One location in San Antonio
