I booked @ one Enterprise location & asked to pick up at a different Enterprise location much closer to me & the additional drivers. My request was fulfilled. That is excellent customer service!2.0 Poor

Nope never again I will use kayak or enterprise. The service was bad and the cost of the car was not what they quoted us.Cons:
