Cons. noisy neighbors and loud screaming kids
Cons. The rooms and facility are dated for the price I was charged the room and facility was not worth it seriously overpriced and the pricing is solely based on demand but just pure facility why’s that room should be no more than $150 a night
Pros. Good customer service
Cons. A/C was a bit noisy
Cons. When I order a superior king don't change it to double bed room and tell me that's what I ordered
Cons. I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I planned a last minute staycation with my daughter. The weather was menacing so I looked for a place in the area with a nice indoor pool. What they don't tell you in any of the descriptions on the Sheraton Paraippany is that the pool is part of the Atlantis Health Club and, evidently, anyone can go for the day (I imagine there's a small fee). We were swimming in the already cramped single lane of the indoor pool. I was already dismayed that, even though there were many little ones swimming with their parents, they still excluded us from the other two roped off lanes--one was reserved for lap swimming, and the other for kiddy swimming lessons (with MANY kiddies, one of them screaming at the top of his lungs for the entirely of his lesson). I noticed pieces of food, cereal and other garbage, laying around the pool, while the life guard sat there, allowing kids to balance themselves on the divider ropes, despite someone trying to swim laps right next to them. What sent me (and my ten year old) over the edge was when an entire group of young children arrived from outside the hotel. A day camp I think. There were now an additional 15 or so kids, plus 3 or 4 adult supervisors. For the first half hour they were there, the outdoor pool was still closed due to bad weather--why they did not open up another of lane to accommodate this group is beyond me. They expected 30+ people to swim comfortably in one lane of a NOT Olympic sized pool?! It was ridiculous so we left and went back to our not very clean room (pubic hair in the bathtub, stains on the carpet and on the bed-skirt) and ordered over priced hamburgers that were hard as hockey pucks and ridiculously over-priced. It was just an all-around very disappointing experience. I will not be returning there.
Pros. Can't give much of a review. Was there on business for one night. Location was convenient. Exterior was impressive. Room was nice. I was not expecting much, so it met my needs. Would stay again.
Pros. Everything, services and everything they did to make us happy
Cons. The bed a little be, it was like not what I was spected i Think they can have a better mattress
Cons. Breakfast was horrible tv was broke and I set the alarm clock for 8:00 am and bring they cut the power off for a min the alarm didn't go off getaway was awful
Pros. cleanliness, friendly hotel staff
Cons. Women's bathroom above my room. You could hear high heels and high power toilet flushing from the 6th floor bathroom every few minutes.
