Pros:
Staff was friendly, but overworked. The car I reserved was available, which I appreciated.Cons:
There was a long line and only one person working at the desk. The car smelled like mildew pretty strongly. There was a cleanliness seal on the car, but the person who recorded the condition of the car got inside to pull it forward, defeating the purpose of the seal.2.0 Poor
