Cons:
I did not end up keeping the Kayak reservation. I received a phone call from someone saying they were from Enterprise asking if I still wanted the car. Then they asked me for a phone number for an emergency contact. Then they asked for my email. I told them that I had entered it online and they said that was the website, this was the counter. I refused to answer more questions. When I went back to look at my reservation, I realized that I had been booked at a counter over 30 minutes from the airport, even though I had searched for LAX rental cars. I cancelled and booked directly with Enterprise and made sure it was the airport location. All in all, a bad experience that could have been much worse. I could have missed my meeting in LA.2.0 Poor

Nothing. You sent me to the wrong location. I asked for LAX airport. I even called to confirm my reservation was LAX airport and was told YES get on shuttle bus at LAX. after a long line wait at car rental was told it was for Korea town location and 30 minute Cab ride away.Cons:

At least have cars for customers that have reservation, Made my reservation 5 days in advance, got there no cars. Trying to get my mom out the houes from cabin fever, didn't happen ,very disappointed.Hertz

Cons:
My card was stolen and they wouldn’t let me rent the car. (Had to have the actual card in person). I had to call hertz and cancel, which took 20 minutes. Hertz filed for bankruptcy and didn’t have a great inventory of calls. My original reservation was for 9am and had to be changed to 11am due to the inventory.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I put into Kayak that I wanted a rental car from LAX airport, however I did not realize the Hertz they chose was one on the other side of LA, nowhere near the airport. It was too late to cancel so instead I had to purchase a 2nd rental car from the LAX hertz at higher prices for a day-of rental. I never got my money back for the initial rental car despite not using it.Midway

The manager Sam was very nice and the car itself was niceCons:
The two original customer service counter ppl that I encountered. The gentleman was rude and charged my card a number of times for twice the rental fee and instead of listens to me to correct his mistakes got rude and offensive and lied to his manger. The second customer service counter help female told me she did me a favor by voiding the transaction that had already been charged to my card for three times the rental confirmation amount and I had never even received a rental or keys. The service at this place was beyond horrible. Thankfully Sam was there to intervene. It amazes me this man keeps his sanity with this in-adequate staff. He deserves better than the colleagues he has to manage.9.2 Wonderful

I booked a car for LAX. This is an offsite location. At teh LAX counter, the clerk was rude. They inissted they cannot rent a car without insurance. A total ripoff.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The gentleman at the Budget office in LA was very helpful however, initially couldn't help us so referred us to the Customer service line (which is what i didn't like). Later, after Customer services was horrible, he tried his best to find something else for us. He made numerous sincere apologies and did find something else that was similar, but still didn't work well, so we went with a different company. We appreciated his assistance very much.Cons:
Not having a car, starting vacation with 2 hours trying to find a car, throwing off our schedule. The customer service hotline was poor, definitely did not give customer service, couldn't find an appropriate alternative, would not honor price I had already agreed to pay, basically denying any responsibility, casual "Sorry, not my fault" kind of responses.Sixt
