Fantastic location and staff. The facilities were nice, and we enjoyed our visit. However, the A/C in the room did not work the entire stay. We were moved to another room when the electricity in the original room did not work. The A/C in the other room did not work either. They said they were going to have an engineering member look into it, but nothing was fixed. We finally were given an oscillating tabletop fan for the final night which helped but was not anywhere close to having A/C. We paid ~$500 a night and had no A/C, which was clearly marked as one of the amenities of the room we booked. I feel we should have been offered a deep discount on the room since the hotel did not meet their obligations according to the room description. I would not stay here again, there are other hotels in the area that have A/C and strive to move you to those rooms with A/C. In my opinion it should be illegal for hotels to book travelers into rooms that do not meet the description of the room booked.
