Pros. Location. 2 alcoves for a family of 4, a little tight but well- suited.
Cons. Non-potable water from the sink? At least they let us refill our drinking bottles in the kitchen. Very labile hot-cold settings on the ahower. Tired building- carpets etc a little shabby.
Pros. The bathtub was nice and the mattress put us to sleep. Decor was interesting and the tv was large. It is very close to the tube and attractions making it useful to walk to many attractions in South Kensington and Westminister.
Cons. The room was small (drawers could not be opened without adjusting other furniture). The ambiance was not pleasant, borderline spooky. The staff fumbled with almost everything and were unclear about important details.
Pros. Friendly staff. Location.
Cons. Tiny old room. No heating in the bathroom.
