Pros. We stayed here because it was close to the Biltmore. Also, Biltmore village where there are shops and places to eat.
Pros. We like the clean room and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were great! The weekend breakfast buffet was very good. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We would come and stay here again.

Cons. For over $300 a night, I expected a larger room, with typical hotel amenities (i.e. microwave, refridgerator). I've stayed in much larger rooms in other Double Tree Hotels. This Double Tree did not offer a free complimentary breakfast which should be expected with a $300 price per night.
Pros. The lobby is inviting and the smell of cookies is wonderful.
Cons. The bathroom shower was a little moldy and we only had 1 washcloth.
