Best moderate / business class hotel I have had. Clean throughout, quiet including HVAC, furnishings and linens in good shape. Staff was focused and professional.
Very clean and conscious about cleanliness of rooms where different people sleep and bathe every night. They even change the covers on the head board bolsters. Also close to good dining and the Biltmore House. I would suggest bringing your own pillows for comfort (not necessarily hygiene). I have had a great pillow experience in a hotel, so perhaps, I am too fussy.
Pros. Great hotel, really nice and new!
Cons. Location, you overlook a metal recycling yard. So do not go for views.
Pros. Very nice room, quiet and comfortable. Downtown is a short drive (5-10 min).
Cons. Sunday breakfast stopped at 10 am. Would have been nice if it lasted until 11.
