Bryan Doka and staff at the Boulder Highway location were efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. They located a vehicle that I had requested, had it available and ready for pickup at the time reserved. Would highly recommend their location.10.0 Wonderful

They gave us a car and was hurried to leave, without checking to make everything right. We had some issues after we got to another city. They told us we can use our coupon when we drop off, but when we dropped off another people said we can't. They said they will figure out for us, but it's been a week our account is still locked and the one promised he will figure out the next day is out. They don't seem to be helping at all10.0 Wonderful

I liked the car and the location was very convenient.Cons:
Very slow pick up and drop off process. Not enough employees or they were just too busy. Lines of people inside and out the door waiting for help. No clear process to pick up or who is next. It was just very unorganized.10.0 Wonderful

My initial rental was not ready on time and I was not given a discount or compensated then my rental was delayed until the next day and I was charged the same amount and the car was had to be downgraded to a five passenger suv instead of a seven. It was devastating because it was my birthday weekend and it messed up my plans.5.6 Fair
