It would be great if the snack were appropriate for everyone
Not airlines fault, but passenger rummaging in overhead bin dropped a small pouch on my head, woke me up. Also person next to me was very large and leg extended 6" or more into my space.

It went very quickly even though we were late in leaving Fresno.
Like I said before the internet was shut off so there was little to do on this leg of the flight.
Paid for first class received 3rd class treatment. No WI Fi, no in flight entertainment, noin flight beverage service. Had to go OUTSIDE in rain to board aircraft using a stairway

Flight was boarded 35 late for supposed "maintenance" yet the crew calling over the P.A. for 3 separate individuals. There is NO food. There IS no entertainment. You charged me for checked baggage, then don't charge at the boarding area?! Shame on you for becoming Spirit Airlines. I thought you were better. At least you were at one time.
