Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!
An International flight from Cebu to Incheon was delayed the night before without a proper explanation. Same thing happened from Incheon to Cebu in the first leg. I will not fly Korean again. And I will ensure Delta their US partner hears about it. This is a routine by Korean to delay flights from and to Cebu via Incheon.
When I selected my seats, it showed row 29 as the front row, so I paid extra to sit in what I thought would be the front row, but when I boarded the plane, row 29 was the second economy row. I was disappointed that I'd spent almost $100 more for no actual benefit.
The food is always good and that flight was particularly good.
Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!

Was an easy and great flight. On time. Food was tasty and the only complaint I have is something no one could do anything about. Seems like there’s a lot of ill people in Korea these days and the flight was full of people coughing.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.
Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.

The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.
