Flight was delayed by 11 hours. Flight agent finally had to rebook us, but did not rebook fully correctly. We had to pay out of pocket to get to the hotel they booked us and couldn’t check in the next day online because the next day’s agent said they didn’t complete the process the night before.
AA had a nationwide tech glitch today and after two connections snd hours of delay, I arrived 7 hours late to my destination
The flight got canceled last minute with no explanation or refund, I had to rebook for a different day
from Boston to Washington was good but return to Boston was terrible, Gate was changed and plane was so uncomfortable, I thought it would crash 🙈🤦♀️ also when I showed my bording pass they didn't know where to send me and finally gave me direction and at the plane they said to find free seat somewhere😬🤦♀️🫣
The plane was very warm and the crew turned on the lights for the entire snack service.
Due to an issue with the plane. We waited almost 2 hours to take off. The service reps were great. We had a longer layover but was able to run for it and catch our flight. This also happened on our way out. Maybe the planes need a good look over. The people who work front desk and flight attendants are the best
The flight from Buffalo to Chicago was on an older and smaller plane. Seating was tight. Looking closely at the interior of the aircraft there were definitely signs of aging and wear.
Just about made it for the next flight. They need to put in longer layovers if they know they close the gate 10 min before they take off. I will never do a layover for less than 90 minutes
Overall boarding and debarking is a joke. I dont even bring luggage anymore on trips because you can never allow them to be place then in the overhead bin or you have to pay or you check them which is even worse having to wait for your luggage on the tarmac.
The boarding process was incredibly slow, as was deplaning. They started beverage service and there was an extremely small amount of turbulence, so they discontinued it. They said they’d resume if possible, but even thought the rest of the flight was perfectly smooth, they didn’t bother. Getting our checked bags took longer than I’ve ever waited and they couldn’t even tell us which carousel they were coming out on, so everyone was running back and forth for 30 minutes.
