Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️
This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.
Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.
The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.
Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Seats were really tight and the seat belts did not give enough slack.
Great experience. Flight boarded easily. Departed early. Smooth flight. Great arrival in DC--almost no taxing! Almost direct to gate from runway. Crew was terrific. Same cookies and beverages in main cabin. I did not use the entertainment system on this flight.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
AA can't control the weather. But the airplane was hot and stuffy while stuck on the runway with a broken entertainment system.
very bare bones flight no entertainment screen, download shows prior to boarding to watch on phone or tablet.
It was good. It’s been a long time since my wife and I fly any where and things have changed. Our trip was to see our new grandson. We fly economy and that was not good for my bad back. It was a quick flight but uncomfortable.
Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.
Flight was delayed by 11 hours. Flight agent finally had to rebook us, but did not rebook fully correctly. We had to pay out of pocket to get to the hotel they booked us and couldn’t check in the next day online because the next day’s agent said they didn’t complete the process the night before.
The flight got canceled last minute with no explanation or refund, I had to rebook for a different day
from Boston to Washington was good but return to Boston was terrible, Gate was changed and plane was so uncomfortable, I thought it would crash 🙈🤦♀️ also when I showed my bording pass they didn't know where to send me and finally gave me direction and at the plane they said to find free seat somewhere😬🤦♀️🫣
