All 4 members of my family found the seats terribly uncomfortable. 2 of us suffered from back issues the next few days.

The crew forced all group F passengers to check bags because they said there wasn't enough overhead space, but when we boarded there was TONS of space. I was pretty annoyed by that.

It was great, I just wish the seats were more comfortable

I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight was Alaska Airline Flight 9. The confirmation number is YWHLPB. Please be advised I purchased Insurance for this flight. The reference number is UVCV4-X4TK9-INS. I respectfully request a refund for the bookings on, AS 507 and AS 1121.The confirmation number is 72058793562147. Thank you for assistance in correcting this matter.

I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

The flight attendants are very friendly and courteous. Excellent service.

Good except for major turbulence around the Rockies. The pilot did an excellent job of controlling the plane. I wish there was a better way to get through that area next time.
