No food, did not use entertainment - you need additional options for questions like that.
You need another option on certain questions - ones that not applicable.
I'm not sure what you mean by entertainment. Was I supposed to have entertainment? Also, why are announcements deafeningly loud? And sudden? Maybe a little chime warning could come on first so you can be ready instead of suddenly blasting your ears. Costs nothing, adds class. And then one at the end so you know it's safe to uncover your ears. Some announcers are pretty random and you just don't know if they are going to add an extra announcement blast after you think it's finally over. It's basically an acoustic assault.
I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight was Alaska Airline Flight 9. The confirmation number is YWHLPB. Please be advised I purchased Insurance for this flight. The reference number is UVCV4-X4TK9-INS. Have the plane with our connecting flight arrive on time so there was no need to rebook

Good except for major turbulence around the Rockies. The pilot did an excellent job of controlling the plane. I wish there was a better way to get through that area next time.

No food, no entertainment. But the flight was really short so maybe they had to skip drinks. I was able to board early ONLY because I am old and decrepit and they let me pre-board. I RESENT your dumping us into category 9 if we do not pay up. And when I paid for a seat I was STILL given 9. The pre-boarding helps. THIS flight was exceptionally smooth, please congratulate the pilots.

WiFi wasn’t working on the flight, several delays and gate changes, ended up taking off 3 hrs later
delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims
Gate check in of luggage was smooth at DCA and luggage came out fast in IND.
This is by far the worst experience I have had with American Airlines. The start of this trip was a complete disaster. I purposely planned my trip so that I would weather any delays so that I could make very important meeting at the Pentagon. My flight was cancelled because of maintenance and I was put on the first flight the next day but I was late to the meeting. After a long week at the Pentagon I just wanted to go home and my flight home which was early in the day was delayed. Eventually the flight was delayed until the next day. I was not authorized a hotel room because DCA was my point of origin. So I paid for a hotel out of pocket. The flight this morning was boarded then deplaned because the aircraft was hot. The flow of information was not happening in DCA and made it worse when the news was bad. I am going to take a break from American for my next few military flights. Hopefully whatever has been going on with American Airlines will be resolved.
AA1537 the AC was not working properly. It was very hot and uncomfortable.
