Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!
An International flight from Cebu to Incheon was delayed the night before without a proper explanation. Same thing happened from Incheon to Cebu in the first leg. I will not fly Korean again. And I will ensure Delta their US partner hears about it. This is a routine by Korean to delay flights from and to Cebu via Incheon.
When I selected my seats, it showed row 29 as the front row, so I paid extra to sit in what I thought would be the front row, but when I boarded the plane, row 29 was the second economy row. I was disappointed that I'd spent almost $100 more for no actual benefit.
The food is always good and that flight was particularly good.
Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!

Was an easy and great flight. On time. Food was tasty and the only complaint I have is something no one could do anything about. Seems like there’s a lot of ill people in Korea these days and the flight was full of people coughing.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.
Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.

The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.
Cleanliness of seats, trays, storage pockets need more attention, but everything else was good.
A great airline, no complaints at all. My experience with Cheap Tickets was very disappointing however. Two hours after purchasing the flight they called to tell me that the ticket price had gone up. I’ve never heard of such a thing. That is called false advertising; I will never use this ticketing service again and will warn all friends to never use it.
One of the worst check in process at the DIA as well as the boarding counter Changed seat at the last minute and assigned middle seat while I paid for window seat. Requested many times but to no avail . horrible customer service and very poor process Requesting refund for seat that was changed last minute
Good overall flight. Excellent crew. Food options could be improved.
Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.
Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Terrible boarding experience, with an incomprehensible assignment of priorities. “Fast track” was the slowest. Poor system planning.
Terrible boarding process, no proper line maintained even for business class, crews are not very attentive, business class food quality / variety / quantity have gone down, everything has become cheap.
The boarding crew was incredibly helpful getting me on an earlier flight
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.
Standard. No different than a discount carrier on a short trip.

They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.
April was the flight attendant in first class and was the most pleasant, cordial and efficient person I have seen on a flight in years. Good example of the type of people AA should hire to increase customer satisfacdtion.
Everything was great. Boarding, early departure, early arrival, and deplaning were smooth. Smooth flight.
Two flight changes before the scheduled flight. On the day of the flight, the flight was delayed, which caused the connecting flight to be missed. Then, I was directed to another airport (CUN) and traveled to Tulum. American gave a $12 voucher for lunch. The least expensive item on the menu at a Mexican restaurant was $9.99. Driving to Tulum was a bad auto crash, and traffic was delayed two-plus hours. The bottom line is that we should have been at the hotel at noon, but it ended up at 11:30 PM.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
All was good with comfort and ease of boarding. There was confusion from what gate to board at. Meant moving a long distance but I allowed plenty of time for this.

My oroginal flight was delayed several times. Finally the flight was cancelled. I had to spend additional money and book another flight with Porter at another airport Fort Lauderdale International Airport or I would miss the event I had in Toronto. I did not board the rescheduled flight which was after my event.
The staff could have been friendlier. And Having the flight on time would have been much more convenient.

I liked nothing about this flight nor the incredible lack of service and communication on this flight from the Captain to every staff member. Arrogant, entitled and lacking any kind of basic customer service
Everything should be better, terrible flight and airport service. Delayed for 6 hours, flying around for 1 hr, and keeping us on a plane for another 2,5 -3hrs.
The plane was dirty. It appeared that Air Canada did not know vacuum cleaners had been invented. Second, the overhead bins were about 1/3 or 1/2 the size of "normal" bins. That was a problem. The worst was disembarking in the weather in Montreal. I have cold agglutinin disease. That means my red blood cells clump together and then are destroyed when exposed, even by breathing to cold air. A few seconds of exposure can be dangerous. I am now experiencing extreme fatigue caused by the anemia from that experience. I should have had more assistance descending a narrow ramp and then traversing, even if only a few feet, of icy pavement. The blowing snow penetrated my facial covering and has caused problems.
