I needed to board early and that was no problem. The snack was just ok. Alaska is an EXCELLENT airlines . . . luggage fast and easy.
Couldn't access movies on the flight.not tech savvy Thought was free.
Alaska Airlines needs more bag tag kiosks and bag check-in stations in Seattle. A single entry point for the bag tag kiosks would be helpful. This alleviates lines forming at each individual kiosk, which causes traffic jams for people passing through.
They left my luggage behind in Seattle. However, they delivered it to my home the next morning.
Our flight experience started at the check in kiosk. Jennifer Polete smf 498304 greeted us and assisted us with our tags and check in guidance. She was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. This was the start of my experience with American Airlines and it made such a wonderful impression. The staff on the airplane were also kind, courteous, and attentive. I would definitely fly American Airlines again
The whole process was very smooth. My only complaint was finding out the evening before our flight that I had 20 hours left to purchase in flight food. Was not made aware of thus option prior to that alert and was too busy with other preparations to participate.
Overall good , very dependable Airline and all its staff, etc but what could have been improved was allowing more than 40 minutes during layover in Portland as ultimately that brief layover was reduced to about 10 minutes with delays and causes us to panic as we rushed thru the Airport to our connecting flight. The Plane arrives at the Portland Airport very far from one Gate to another but thankfully the staff waited for us at the last minute to Board and were very caring and compassionate and assisted us in every regard . Thank you
Alaska Airlines fraudulently listed this as a direct flight to Pittsburgh. We landed in Cleveland, waited an hour, then flew to PIT. No one was told about this. When I called and spoke with Alaskan Airways customer care, they were extremely unhelpful and lied about the direct flight. I have my receipt showing a direct flight. I am in the process of working with my credit card because Alaskan Airlines misrepresented the sale/service. I will never do business with Alaskan Airlines again.
You guys are always have delays and then leaving us on the tarmac for 15-20 min. FIGURE IT OUT!
It was raining and cold and we had to walk outside to board the plane. And to have yo stand outside to wait in line to board. It seems they could find another way to send a few people at a time so passengers are not outside in the elements. Then to not have my luggage show up at my finally destination. Not happy with the whole experience.
