If you change a gate number while customer is at the airport, you should let your customer know. You also assigned my seat to someone else, and again, never notified me about that. Your flight attendant seemed annoyed at having to find me another seat. No apologies for AA doing any changes.
The confusion from Alaskan Airlines to American, no one at the front desk of Alaskan told me I didn't have a flight, which made me miss my flight that was transferred over to American TERRIBLE customer service at Alaskan!! American Airlines was a great experience. Alaskan TERRIBLE!
Easier to file a claim. My fiancé got the flu and we had to cancel. ive been given the run around filing a claim. Call me at 831.588.4346 with a live agent please
Day 1: sit on tarmac very long time then flight cancellation. Terrible communication by airport staff/ground crew. Day 2: further delay and incomplete communication on ground. One part of delay was runway blocked by different flight having mechanical difficulties (different airline). I think there’s something problematic about the airport itself. Same flight crew both days who were great about communication but didn’t have control over the situation. Airport seems to have expanded too rapidly and be unable to keep up with demand.
Small dirty plane for a 5 and1/2 hr flight. No food no entertainment
Plane had a maintenance problem two hours into the flight and we had to turn around. Alaska was nice to put us up in the Hilton in LAX but the cost of food in the city was WAY higher than our vouchers and the hotel had no continental breakfast. We ended up spending over $100 on food for our family in addition to the vouchers.
I appreciate the priority for safety. I did not enjoy how the delays were handled.
we booked with Alaska but the flight was operated by AA, and this meant we were unable to check in online. We arrived at the airport to check in over 3 hours before the scheduled flight time, but were not able to be seated together (2 people on the same booking). So we had middle seats solo on a 11 hour flight which sucked
Crew members were helpful and responsive. However, the toilet in the only main cabin bathroom didn’t work properly.
Could have re-booked me at check in knowing that I was going to miss my interline connection
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
Very old planes. Seats were not comfortable. Air was not on during the flight leading to incredibly stuffy conditions.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.
Boarding process was poor and slow. Should fill the plane up from the back like other good airlines
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.
The seats were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Other similar-sized jets with the same seating arangement have been far more comfortable. This interfered with sleeping, so it was a big issue. Moreover, the lack of a digital boarding pass forced an extra trip to print one, and the overall digital experience was poor. WestJet's website could not figure out one of my flights existed.
Service and crew very organised however the plan and seat seemed very dated and not enough space
Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Was delayed twice- sat on the tarmac for 1/2 hour. Seat space is very cramped. Overall not impressed. Crew was lovely though!
The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.

Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
