Smoothly flight, pleasant flight attendants. I wish there were better food choices.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward into a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.
Boarding in Paris was a nightmare for us. Why passengers have to get checked luggage tickets and then to go to counter to get luggage weight and send to the conveyor? We counted 14 security and airline checks before getting in the plane. We will never again use United or travel to France, neither stop by IAD airport.
They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
Ridiculously slow disorganized boarding, ended up 35 min late and people missed connections
Really solid flight! The in-flight entertainment screens are not very touch-responsive in the way that of other airlines’ are, which was my only issue. But otherwise we had good food and drink offerings and the flight attendants were very welcoming.
Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
It was delayed then we turned around so not good.
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.
Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
Purchased through Kayak at +/-$960.00 and was charged +/-$1,300.00 on Amex. Prepurcahed one bag, was not recognized by Air Canada
