The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.
Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane
The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.
Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.
We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!
Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.
Only packaged snacks were served. It was a flight at lunchtime and a hot meal would have been a great.
Reserve check-in was very slow compared to regular check-in. Internet was slow
Lavatories broke with an hour to go. At least we were on time.

We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.
When we left, it wasn't Great . People were drinking heavily, very disrespectful Extremely loud, the entire trip. I think the crew members, should have get their attention. Coming back was great.
I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.

We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.
The flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The seats were quite cramped and if the seat in front was tipped back there was very very little room. The entertainment was only on your own device and there was no usb charging
Boarding and staff were excellent. The food was ok. Very cramped seating. No existent entertainment other than on iPhone over wifi with poor choices of movie or shows. Bring your own entertainment. Nowhere to charge your phone
Delay was not properly communicated. Service, plane, value of ticker were all great.
Excellent service and food in the Club Class. Warmly recommend. Much better than AC.
Again, lines for boarding are a problem in iceland. The flight itself was fine and very smooth. No complaints. We would definitely fly icelandair again.
Had a screaming child next to us. Not the airline’s fault but still annoying.
Icelandair flight was excellent. The checkin and security arrangements for Saga Premium passengers at Newark was very poor - our checkin opened much later than the normal and our security queue simply led us to the back of the normal queue. Someone was having a laugh surely!
Never took flight. See previous comment on trip from Boston to Reykjavik. Used a different airline that i had to find and book.
The flight was on time and the crew was nice. I did not like the fact that my husband and I were seated in different rows. I feel pressured by airlines to pay more to choose our seats. We will sit anywhere, but we shouldn't have to pay to sit together. I also think they should serve at least a snack that's free.
One of the worst airlines I ever flew. Boarding is a disaster, they are always late, the planes are overly crowded. Everyone on my flight lost their connection because they were 2h late. Reykjavik is also not the best airport out there.
My only area of issue was the flight was rather warm and the knobs for cool air didn't allow much cool air to come through. Everything else was great.
Been travelling for 2mo. And when you meet flight Attendants that love their jobs you can just tell. And makes flying with them worth another flight in the future!!

I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.
I didn’t receive my luggage until day 5 of a 9 day trip. During a layover a crew member made a very insulting comment about where I was visiting and where my partner was from in England.
Attitude of crew could be more friendly and less stern and instructive.
The luggage is still in transit and the ground staff at Heathrow airport very rude and uncooperative. If I was you, I would fire them straight away. Bunch of incompetent folks.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about every staff member I encounter on my transport from Brussels (Bru) to New York (jfk) via London (lhr) after many flight delays and changes every colleague I asked for help gave me the utmost respect and did everything in their power to make sure I arrived in Washington DC to make it in time for my brothers wedding. The flight attendants on the flight from Bru to lhr move me to the front of the plane so I could get off quickly and try to make it to my connection to dc, when I missed that wagans at the support desk did everything in his power to get me to dc via two transfers. Especially during the busy holiday season I am so so grateful for the amazing customer service that I encountered today.
I liked BA land team for boarding, the food, entertainment should be considered to be improved

The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic
